Refund policy

Product Digital Download 

Our digital download products are currently delivered by Internet download immediately after check out process. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) minute in which you have immediate access to our product. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided during checkout. 

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads. 

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. 

Digital Download Refund Policy 

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download there will be no refunds or returns possible. 

Return/Refunds of Physical Product Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@88andclear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, then we will start refund process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Virtual / Live Class Registration Policy 

Registrations for any live or virtual class may not be cancelled or refunded. Our products are delivered via Internet immediately after checkout. There will be no refunds or returns possible. Your confirmation of any/all registrations is final and no refunds will be applied. Please contact us if you have any questions, there might be possible exceptions.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
